Together we achieve a unique look that only she can own. The transformation goes miles beyond the salon. The right look for a woman can give her the boost of confidence she needs to take on the world. In this day and age, women have enough to deal with. Making their hair look superb shouldn’t be a challenge for them. I create a style that they can perfect on their own, at home, everyday, rain or shine. That’s my job and I love what I do. When it comes to what I do – hair, makeup, style – I am a perfectionist. Everything must fit together. This isn’t just color, cut, and Style. To me this is art.

While a top stylist at a prominent Miami salon, Paul had the opportunity to work with an up and coming actress by the name of Courtney Cox. Courtney asked Paul to give her a new look before she departed to Los Angeles to shoot the pilot of a new TV sitcom. She and her fresh new look -- a whispy, layered bob, landed on the mega-hit show Friends, where she continued to inspire style trends for more than a decade.
Paul is one of the most sought after Bridal Stylists from Boston to Puerto Rico. He travels extensively throughout the Caribbean, Central America, and the East Coast of the United States, to style his clients’ hair and makeup on their special day. Paul’s work has been seen in numerous publications, including Martha Stewart, Brides are Us, and Selecta magazine. Leading designers, Like Tatiana of Boston, Priscilla of Boston, Andy Chang, Yoly Munoz, and Maria Jung are among the designers that trust Paul to top of their exquisite bridal creations with a fabulous, one-of-a-kind look.
Paul’s extraordinary hair and makeup looks have been featured in print, television, theatre, movies, and beauty pageants. In 1997 he had the privilege to help some of the most beautiful women in the world realize their full potential at the Miss Universe Pageant, which was held at the Miami Beach convention Center. He styled the outgoing Miss Universe (Alicia Machado) and the winner of the crown that year, Brooke Mahealani Lee, Miss USA 1997. Several of the Miss Universe judges also relied on Paul for their perfect hair and Makeup.
Paul’s creative talents extend beyond the salon. An excellent photographer, he is often found behind the camera lens capturing images of his Hair and Makeup work. Paul shot and styled the 2000 winter campaign for Tatiana of Boston. He also loves to capture the beauty of life in his travels. Paul is frequently requested to shoot events and his work is sold by stock photography companies.
Paul is a natural teacher who regularly shares his knowledge with students while guest lecturing at his Alma mater (Academia de Belleza Borinquen). Inspired by his teaching experience, Paul is writing a makeup “textbook” that will be useful for everyone from the novice to the professional makeup artist.
